Design for the OCM Wine grant

The OCM Wine – Investments grant (Common Organisation of the Wine Market) funds the construction and modernisation of wineries and farm shops, including tasting rooms and spaces for the display and sale of wine: exactly the kind of project we design every day.

Lato51 supports wine estates across the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato with architectural design compatible with the grant's requirements and with the preparation of the application, from defining the project to the required documents. Our field experience — tasting rooms, wine boutiques and hospitality spaces for estates such as Ciabot Berton, Cantina Oddero, Rocche Costamagna, the CDM tasting room, Cantina Massucco — translates into solid projects consistent with the eligibility criteria: 98% of the applications we have followed obtained funding.

If you run a wine estate and want to build or renovate your winery or tasting room with OCM Wine funds, we can design the project and guide you through the application.
