Design for PSR grants and rural development
The PSR – Rural Development Programme (now within the 2023-2027 rural development programming) supports the modernisation of farms and diversification towards hospitality: agriturismi, accommodation, spaces for the sale and valorisation of products.
Lato51 designs these projects with an eye that combines architectural quality and grant eligibility. From the restoration of rural buildings to the creation of suites and hospitality spaces — as at AgriSuite Il Cedro, on the Cordero di Montezemolo family estate in La Morra — we turn farmhouses and farms into places able to host guests, tell the story of the territory and generate income. And we do so taking care of consistency with the funding criteria: 98% of the applications we followed were successful.
